Wow... And now I am sitting here with two options: 1. I invest one month to understand ambiguous, crappy scala syntax, only to invest another month to understand the akka ecosystem, just to finally build a software system that is unmaintainable in 20 years, because no fucking idiot will know scala then. 2. I quit my job.
