After serving in policy positions in four key security agencies, LTG(R) Michael Nagata has a unique view on how the national security apparatus truly functions. This talk draws upon the lessons he learned from participating in policy and strategy debates in the Bush, Obama, and Trump administrations and makes predictions and recommendations for the Biden administration and beyond.
