Nice solution tensioning the back stay like that 👍 make sure you film the launch, I want to see how they lift you because boat yards normally only deal with boats that are symmetrical in the other plain, so this will be interesting.

Attach a thin line to the fair lead and attach to the boat somewhere (or attach a float) so you don't loose it overboard, looking great 👍

It's got a hole in the bottom, I plan on pushing those springy split pins through it, forgot their name, they have a straight wire and one with a half circle bent in it, one goes through, the other clicks around the shaft. U pull it out and push it in. I hope it can just stay on the bow far from the engine, if I need the ad scull, then I'll take it off....
