Glad I’m not the only one that just throws a ball of wires into their bag at the end of the day 😂

Came across your video randomly. I am from India, searching a PhD in Germany, I am afraid of struggling financially while doing it. What you have to say about it?

I have a fully funded PhD stipend in the UK which has helped me financially through my PhD - some of my peers also pick up extra tutoring and demonstrating hours to earn a little more on the side. Good luck on your search!

just wondering are you still vegan or are you vegetarian now? Saw in your vlogs that you had to eat vegetarian options sometimes in japan and wondered whether you transitioned back to being vegan when back in the uk?

I prefer not to put a label on it - but I eat a predominantly 'vegan' diet >90% of the time and I allow myself to eat 'non-vegan' foods in certain instances and circumstances. I guess the label 'flexitarian' would probably suit me best but I do mostly stick to plant based foods day to day. :)

@@katielikesbread ahh okay that makes sense. Whatever works for you 🙂 also been watching the channel for a while and wanted to say thank you. Watched you through almost all of my undergrad! Going into a postgrad and would love to see a video on quick meals you make throughout the week - including food on the go and how you’ve managed having to commute to uni for your PhD. I’ve got to travel for 1hr and 30 mins each way every day for my postgrad. Safe to say I’m anxious for how I’ll manage 😅
