I’m an introverted mommy and my son is 8 and still has social anxiety. I blame it on me liking my own company while he was developing and not really taking him around other people and my family living far from us. It’s all good :)

It's so funny I ask my 5 year old the same 2 questions after school "who did you play with today @ recess" and "did you like your snack?" I always ask her because she's a little shy and sensitive & it bothers me a little when she tells me no one plays with her. Definitely gets her social anxiety from me 😬
