A PRODUCTIVE DAY IN MY LIFE | healthy meal prep, apartment cleanup, running errands, and a run

Let me share with you my favorite way to unwind on my days off: cozying up at home and taking care of things around my apartment. Why, you might wonder? Well, perhaps it's because home is my sanctuary, where I feel most at peace-both in mind and body. Or maybe it's just my introverted nature needing some recharge time. And of course, spending time with you all on my vlog adds an extra sprinkle of joy!
Remember, it's perfectly okay to skip social events and prioritize self-care. Saying no shouldn't be daunting. If a quiet day with loved ones and a good book sounds like paradise, go for it!
Now, onto a little piece of advice I recently learned the hard way: investing in quality shoes is a game-changer. Cheap footwear? Not worth the discomfort. Though the price tag may sting initially, trust me, your feet will thank you. Don't sacrifice quality for short-term savings!
