I know I am a little late but you were talking about how you wanted to figure out what caused your breakouts I recommend you try the whole 30 diet it’s a big commitment but it is very beneficial also you can make a video out of it! Love you Klai❤️

Two tips to help you not breakout: 1) get a mild face cleanser that doesn’t strip the moisture and natural oils from your skin and use that at least for your bedtime routine and 2) get a good serum to put on at night that has AHAs and BHAs in it. I personally love the Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos night serum. Or if you would rather just do a mask a couple of times a week, the Drunk Elephant TLC Sukari Baby Facial works well as a face mask a couple of times a week. ☺️

so if your having trouble with you breaking out try using a more gentle cleanser and no makeup wipes. I would recommend going and watching skincarebyhyram vids and you can figure out how to cleanse your face but not breakout.
