I used to get sleep paralysis every time I slept on my back too. The only thing I can recommend is to pray to God to take it from you, that’s what I did! ❤

unsolicited advice but pray for a hedge of protection over your room and anoint your bed frame. recognize if you have an “open doors” in your life that the devil has access to come in and torment you in your sleep and pray for those areas to be shut/repent. hopefully you start finding rest and peace in your sleep bc that’s what you deserve!
