Only in quiet repose do we experience God's presence in everything. Silencing the mind is a discipline but is open and accessible to anyone who dedicates themselves to it. Through an intentional and dedicated practice of meditation we have the opportunity to be one with the creative forces of the universe and with everyone and everything. Doing so is our salvation.

Profound silence IS the object of, and experience of, Transcendental Meditation. Simple, daily, wherever you are - city or country, inside or outside. Then the silence becomes established, in higher states of consciousness. All is within. Nature is wonderful, beautiful, enjoyable. But silence is found in pure consciousness, within.
