This video was taken after I finished building the roller. I knew the rolls were to small from the beginning. They were only used in the build because they were the right length. The piece being rolled is 11 gauge. The rollers are only 1 3/4" diameter. They were some type of pin that I found at the scrapyard. They have since been removed from this machine and used for a normal style slip roll. I am on the hunt for some 6" o.d. 1" wall tubing to make some proper rollers out of.

Continuing... This roller will be getting motorized one day. I have most of the parts to do it, but finding the time is another matter.

does the 1-3/4" roller work OK? because I have an old slip roller that I could scavenge rollers from and I would use them if they work for 11ga. steel. which is what I'm rolling.
