What a wonderful man, he exudes happiness and calmness. I liked his attitude about not worrying about things you can't control. With everything going on in the world it's easy to get stressed out but if you can remember this mantra I'm sure it will help.

We truly have learned a lot while being in Chaku's presence over the many years we have known him. He does bring such a calm energy and positivity wherever he goes. A very special Monk most definitely 🙏🏽✨☺️

This was a wonderful video. I enjoyed the interview. I never met a monk, but I've seen some of the ancient monasteries in 3 countries: Sweden 11th c.; Skellig Michael, Ireland, 6th c.; and Hiroshima, Japan 9th century. It was epic! I was fortunate to visit Hiroshima and heard them singing/chanting. It was so amazing to hear them live while touring. I've only seen them running to get to the temple. But both of you have a 20 year friendship with a monk. That is pretty cool! I took notes of the advice. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Bravo Tracy & Ray! ❤😊👏🏾
