A Quarantine SWEET 16 / Sixteen ??? Drive-by Parade Birthday Wishes
As a local resident of Wharton, NJ I am a member of several Wharton related Facebook groups. I noticed in one of the groups a recent post by a mom who had to cancel her daughter Olivia’s sweet 16 due to the coronavirus lockdown and social distancing requirements. She was asking the group about these “drive by” parties she has been hearing about and wondered if anyone would be willing to take part.
I wasn’t sure if it was a good thing or not, due to the risks but seeing that a local police officer was gonna lead it off, meant this had community support and legal permission to take place…. so I offered to stop by and capture what I can an area event photographer doing alot of teen parties (www.mitzvahmayhem.com)
