He just don't touch his defenders until the opponent gets into the box, if you move any of the back line 4 at any time in the build the Ai of your defenders moves players to fill the space you left moving one, then the back line has gone and they get in each others way. So you use CDMs and midfielders to press and cut passing lanes and don't second man press or use defenders until the opponent gets in your box then you switch between them rather than move one out of position.

@@mxrksavage no problem, hope that has helped. I find defending on new gen a lot easier as the Ai is a lot better and makes the defenders act how they should, only down side to that is its also harder to score on new gen.

I have been considering goals from unrealistic chipping in the game. My opponent finds it difficult to break my defensive wall so he always chips the ball over the defenders and the goalkeepers too just stands there and watch the ball for it to enter the goal post. Very unrealistic(its like a cheat) and frustrating. The goalkeeper may even be on his line but would watch ball at its coming till enters into the corner of the net. Please how can I stop this.

all depends on the low ping, good connection and how close you are to the servers. when the gameplay is good, the switching becomes accurate. on more than 40+ ms ping, these tutorials won't make any difference
