Nice Dojo - must be a bit crowded if all the students turn up at once! The 'stick with your face on it' is a good idea, the instructors can see who is falling behind at a glance and prospective students can see the class make-up, there may be more beginners than appear on the day, the peg board will show this.

Good day Sir. Love your channel. I kept going back to the part of your tour that showed the wooden tiles that displayed your student's progress. If you don't mind, how did you come up with that? I would love to utilize something similar in our Dojang.

Thank you for the tour! There is so much to learn from how the space helps to create the positive warrior culture at The Dojo. Are those black belts hung when a student sets the intention achieving that goal? Are the black belts on the far right shidoshi goal belts? I train with just a couple of friends but im thinking our space should include touches that inspire us to greater achievement🙏

Black Belts are on the wall as visual goal setters for students who have been training at least 9-15 months and are committed to going to Black and not quitting. The belt inspires them through hard days training at the dojo.
