Hell ya you should've brought your board.....Topaz park is rad!! The breakwater is beautiful, but all safe and ghey now lol....when I moved to vic, 25 years ago, there were no railings along it. It was sooo much fun to ride bikes on during storms. Glad ya enjoyed my Island friend
