I have a few question: 1/ So all this exam is in german, right? (I know it's obvious but I just want to make sure) 2/which one do you think would be easier to succed: the German "Approbation" or the UK "PLAB 1&2"? 3/There are some cases where you're given the approbation without any exam, so is taking a qualification exam in another EU country or UK (PLAB) and maybe working there for a while would spare you to take approbation exam to work as a doctor in germany (and only need language certification from Goethe)?

1) The Exam is in German Language 2) the Exam for which you prepare very seriously. Both are Exams, they have their merits and demerits, 3) the concept is correct, but pathway not recommended as when you prepare for the exam you learn the system and the things of everyday practice in German. in the suggested route, you will have the Certificate of Approbation, but will be unfit to work in any hospital in germany. plus it will take atleast 1 year longer.

Hallo Deepak thanks a lot for your information...................I have my B2 and ECFMG Certificate Could you please tell me which are the states who give Approbation for ECFMG certificate holders. Because once if I apply for Approbation in one state and if I couldn't able to pass the exam then I can't apply in other states right? Then it will be end of the story. Your answer is a great help for me.........................

sir what i have heard is The Kenntnisse Prüfung will only be possible after you Pass Fachsprachen Prüfung. can you please enlighten us on Fachsprachen Prüfung as it is a pre requisite before the approbation. thank you 😊
