A quick look at the Itineo FC 650

When looking for a van, the short 6,5m Itineo was one of the options for us. I found one at the caravan salon in dusseldorf, let's have a look

I love the drop down beds and having a larger lounge area for 16 hours of the day. Why waste all that space when you only need it in the evening- great video thank you. I'm surprised only a 2 stove gas burner why not 3?...plenty of space.

I agree about the bed, but the wife loves to sleep in and I love to turn in early and the bed does block the windows so... mixed feelings there. I was thinking the same thing about the stoves, but if I had to choose between 2 big ones or 3 smaler ones, I would go for 2 big ones. You can manage your cooking in a way with only 2, but not being able to fit a large pot and a pan on the stove is 🤬🤬🤬. That’s my 2ct 😊. Thanks for the compliment!

Sorry but I really don’t like this van. Side facing seatbelts are dangerous, I would not want to be in an accident using one. I would not put my passengers into such seatbelts. Please read online problems with side facing seatbelts. Children and motorhome seatbelts Sideways facing seatbelts in your motorhome are referred to in a European Directive. It states that these seatbelts cannot be classed as 'designated seats' and are not permitted to be retro fitted or installed on new vehicles. The rear could have been use more efficiently and a traverse single bed above the garage would have been possible. Also it may be just 10cm longer than the Adria, but it’s 30cm wider, and that’s a lot on narrow roads. Yes I have an a class and they are great to live in, but driving them on narrow roads can be stressful. Vans are all about compromise and van conversions more than most. I currently have an a class, but my next van will be a van conversion. There are other 6.5m a class vans out there that have made much better use of the space available, and don’t have side facing seatbelts. But many thanks for you video, very much appreciated.
