In sawab al a amal page 36 Imam jafar (a.s) says that the messenger of allah (sawa) said to his companions pick up the shield of allah his companions said there is no enemy why should we pick up , Allah apostle (sawa) said pick it up for combating the hell fire and recite subhaanallaahi wal hamdulillah wa laa illaaha ilallaahu walaa hu akbar So recite this dhikr for protection and combating the hell fire .

Shj ,think about it sometimes our parents warn us about a situation and we being stiff necked then they leave us up to ourselves is only pride that will stop us from come back and say mom dad what you was saying is the truth and I am sorry,your parent didn't beat you up they speak to you and they give you your own space and then when you learn your lesson then they were there to be merciful to you again ,just like the prodigal son in the bible. I understand yes it is hard but that is the reality can you fight Allah ,you have to come right back down is no way we can win , bite yo lip and sit down,peace.

@SHJ God does not choose to put you in hellfire, you choose to sin which caused your heart to be darkend. On the day of judgement God will only open your heart and make it reality. If the reality of your heart is badness and darkness and evilness you will live in that for eternity. God does not want us to go to hellfire. He has created us for heaven.
