Take care of yourself. I ended up getting a divorce after almost 20 years of marriage. Several major things happened & I discovered that I really neglected myself and put everyone else first in my life. I had to basically rediscover what I actually liked & wanted to do. Like so many others, I grieve for you, but also appreciate so very much your transparency during this very difficult time in your life; it models for us what a healthy emotional life and a wholesome self-esteem look like under difficult circumstances. I have found in my 61 years that the difficult things we go through, not only make us stronger and more appreciative of the good, but our example in GOING THROUGH them, has the power of helping someone else who feels hopeless in a similar situation, to know that they, too, will GET THROUGH their hard situation, whole and well-able to, in time, move forward with joy and peace, as long as they actually GO THROUGH instead of take up residence there in that hard and painful place. It is tough after 18 years Elliot. I have been there and if you try and keep a positive mind set everything will fall into place and things will get better. To quote that famous musical song: "you're going to wash that man right out of your hair" and decorating the way you like it in your own home is the right way to start. For Elliot's Dad: May I suggest a humane trap and re-locate him to the wilderness. I tried everything and that is what I had to do in the end. I was able to get one from a wildlife rescue organization who helped me relocate our badger.

Seaside Mom, I don’t know about in the U.K., but, here in Canada we can’t relocate an animal more than a kilometre away from where it was trapped so that diseases aren’t spread, etc.

I have almost totally withdrawn from the only two active social media accounts I have, Facebook and Instagram (except occasionally for SussexRoyal), and I keep trying to leave completely Elliot's Royal Reviewer channel, but I am continually pulled back in by his personality and goodness! I don't always agree with him, but his genuine kindness, courage, unique personality, and the usually genuine and caring people he draws to his channel, make it difficult for me to walk away completely. He is definitely an exceptional young man and a wonderful example of what it means to be considered 'good people'!!!

Elliot, I also need to do exactly the same things you mentioned you also needed to do at the start of this Vlog …though for completely different reasons to yours. I can still very much relate!! Though at the end of the day the same things need to done by me. Mine is coming from a place of having been severely injured last year and nearly dying twice within the span 4 months or so. The Injures, 5 Surgeries, and Severe Nerve Damage have left me physically Disabled. When I become Disabled 2 July's ago (going on 15 months now) everything changed for the worse! Home Life and life in general has just descended into a complete Misery and utter Misery. Depression, Constant Physical Pain, Etc. as well as fear for my future. so a change is definitely on the cards seeing as I shall never be able to get better in any way where I am living and HOW I am living! Not only for my physical health but very much so for my mental health as well. All my best to you as you move forward in the coming months as you work on "Project Elliot" You seem a Wonderful and Kind man and you deserve nothing less than every Happiness life has to offer. And for you, best of all, you have a terrific community that you have built, Elliot We're all around at all times if help is ever needed, or you simply need to talk, like the morning this Vlog started on. We're all in this together, so we need not ever feel alone or that we have no support because it is now simply a click and a live stream or a comment away. Best to you and Thank you for all the hard work you put into each of your Channels. I've been a silent but constant watcher since the very first testing days done in your Kitchen when you wer just starting out. Who am I to give advice? I think most of us have been there at some point in our lives. All I would say is this: masking is not a cure. Yes, decorate if you must, but if you can, speak to a professional about your feelings. The end of a long-term relationship can be akin to someone passing, there is an element of mourning that takes place, there are seven stages of mourning, not that you will experience them all, but don’t underestimate the emotional impact. Consider seeing a professional, or have a good and trustworthy friend who has humongous non-judgemental ears to listen. ❤️

Good idea to change the furniture ! It will cheer you up no end ! Choose a material that is nice to the touch when wearing short trousers or your pajamas. Not something itchy. Also a color you like and isn’t boring just think you will look at it for a long time. Wanted to ask you what part of GB is your nana from, she sounds different from you. Badger is a stubborn one, won’t give up, what does he want, any particular area or food that he is after ? Maybe place a camera to see what he is up-to during the night. Have a great week !!!

The tail end of Hurricane Lorenzo Is expected to hit British shores by the end of the week. It is certain to bring strong winds and heavy rain and the risk of serious widespread flooding - though forecasters have said it will no longer be a hurricane. By the time it hits the UK Hurricane Lorenzo will be categorised as an ex- tropical storm, but it will be hard to tell which areas of the UK the remnants of Lorenzo will hit hardest. The storm is likely to be felt across Britain on Thursday and into Friday- but different weather models for the Atlantic are producing different predictions for its path. It's still unclear where will be hit the worst as some models say the storm will hit Scotland and the north east of England, while others say the South West will be worst effected. The Met Office aren't sure whether they will be issuing more weather warnings, but are saying most of the UK will experience wet and windy weather in the days to come. Lorenzo Is likely to pick up moisture in the coming days and lose wind speed as it travels across the sea, which means that by the time it hits the UK it is likely to bring wind and heavy rain- but will not be the strength it is currently.
