Wow, what a bountiful harvest. Hours of work, and now processing in all of that. And 'fine' dining too - of course! I still don't have an apricot tree yet, but I MUST get one!! I have the peach tree (which I think you've seen?). And the nectarine is heaving with still green fruit atm, 3 apple trees and a pear. I also have two blood plums. They are about 10 years old now, but have never fruited, I think it is just too cold up here. Fantastic video. Susan xxx

We’re cold and everything looks dead, and you’re harvesting and canning, lol. Happy for you though. Did I understand you put the pickle crisp in with your canned green beans? That sounds interesting. Does it make a crunchy bean? Is the taste the same or does it change the taste? I’m always looking for new ideas. Take care.

@hilltophomeplace6802 They tasted ok but I can't compare because it's the 1st lot that I've ever canned. Doing beetroot today, not pickled but boiled and pressure canned.
