as someone with big shame around not becoming an artist and on top of that a profitable one i want to remind you that spending time doing things that are not a capitalistic pursuit are SO IMPORTANT. because things are still worthy even if they are not profitable. it is extra hard to feel this and practice it these days since everything can be monetized and especially our generation has turned to all these other modes of surviving capitalism. but you gotta remind yourself. not everything you do needs to be monetarily valuable, sometimes, its just plain valuable.

For your curtain rod situation- they sell these curtain rods that don't require you to drill into the wall! Granted you'll be limited to light sheer curtains, but that way it's an all in one kind of thing! I found mine on Walmart's website. 😊

you can fix the pot with outdoor caulk/adhesive! make sure it's waterproof, just look into brands like DAP in the long squeeze tube. slather all of the crack lines, attach the pieces tightly, wipe down excess, and dry for a day. you can buff off dried excess with light sandpaper. just leave as is or color the crack lines with paint. :o)
