gee dee Lol, they caused it themselves, by voting in militants, within the Labour Party & some of her policies work, but in a minor way. That should have told one, that Labour failed as a party & why Neil Kinnock, started to get rid of militant scumbags from within the Labour Party. Centrism is the only alternative to Conservative policies & Blairism was a tried & tested method that worked for 13 years & was bullet-proof, except when lefties in the unions tried to derail it, along with ambitious plonkers like Gordon Blair, with the charisma of a goldfish.

Back then the local cops knew everybody and their parents, I had a few thick ears of the local bobby and he told my dad he did it. Proper policing, not like the revenue collectors you get now.

As a kid growing up on a housing estate in late 60's, If we got caught misbehaving, Our local bobby from the police house would chuck us in the back of his mini-van and then drop us off 5 miles from home so we had to walk back.
