Assalamu alaikum sister, its not permissible to touch the quran while being in the state of menstrual periods. ……. If u want to read then u should wear gloves or a cloth which prevents the direct touch …….. hope u understand😀

Wa alaikum asalam warahmatulahi wabarakatahu you are allowed to recite the quran if it has English translation/transliteration. It is the Arabic mushaf you cannot touch whilst on your menses 😊
