Is willows better than dps kira than cecilia? Because I full geared her but don't have willows to test. I do want to try out this team but I don't have pardo's weapon nor her stigmata. So I was trying to test out HB but I only have her weapon and turg T. And are you pulling for herrscher seele? I was wondering how her 30s impair would be useful for my HoV but HoV's rotations lasts around 13s so I guess she won't be of much use for me. And the rumored 6.9 character is someone that I will get full gear no matter what.

Cecilia it's still better, it's just that I don't have it😔 And yeah, I'll be pulling for Seele. Also, Seele it's just a major upgrade from HoS buffs, she gives more DMG to the DPS, it's not only that her impair is longer

On the topic of the new Seele battlesuit who can you pair her with if you don't have HoS but intend on using her as a DPS? Or is it possible to run her support form as a DPS?😮

It's possible to run her as DPS with her support form but it'll not be that much DMG as her DPS form, you can run it as HoRb-Prom-Griseo
