A rapid cycle ride through Überseestadt

If you're looking to explore Bremen on a bike, Überseestadt is the ideal place. There's already plenty going on in this modern district, and much more to come as it continues to develop. This film was recorded in June 2016, yet some areas already look completely different. The 300-hectare area is transforming at a phenomenal rate - almost as fast as the sped-up footage from this cyclist's GoPro!
The best place to begin a circular tour of Überseestadt is at the Weser Tower. Überseestadt offers everything from coffee and culture to shopping, leisure and industry. There are lots of places to eat, as well as trendy stores located in old dockland warehouses. And at the tip of it all, you'll find the Molenturm, Überseestadt's most famous landmark.
