"My Raptor’s Mom Poem" by Vicky the Velociraptor
“You raised me well,
Now I will tell,
You watched me grow,
That’s how I know.
When I saw fear,
You taught me God is near.
You made me smart,
And gave me love from your heart.
You loved swans,
And it’s been hard since you’ve been gone.
Your time has come to fly,
Like a bird, you soar into the sky.
So, I watch the moon,
Knowing I will see you soon.
The Message:
You raised me with care and grace,
Now, it’s my turn to tell our story’s base.
You watched me grow from small to tall,
That’s how I know, through it all.
When fear appeared in my eyes,
You taught me God’s near, with wise ties.
You didn’t just make me smart,
But with love from your heart,
You played your part.
Swans were your cherished sight,
But life’s been tough without your light.
Now, your time has come to take flight,
Like a bird, you soar, a breathtaking sight.
So, beneath the moon’s gentle glow,
I stand, watching, knowing we’ll meet in tomorrow’s flow.
Happy Heavenly Birthday Mom! I Love You
