hi amiera! we do have water problems sometimes but they’re usually resolved within a day or a few hours (due to pipe bursts, maintenance, etc.) but overall water supply is not a big issue here ~ (based on experience in block b)

so far from what i know, everyone will get college regardless of their merit marks, because there’s enough rooms. but it seems like the batch gets bigger each term, and there might be lesser rooms available in the future, so ur merit marks might matter if it gets to that point
