I solved it with 2 more methods 😂 lol , by using a^2+b^2 = (a+b)^2 -2ab and (a-b)^2 + 2ab

x²/(x + 1)² + x²/(x - 1)² = 12 find x x/(x + 1) = a x/(x - 1) = b a + b = 2x²/(x² - 1) ab = x²/(x² - 1) x²/(x² - 1) = u a + b = 2u ab = u (a + b)² = a² + b² + 2ab 4u² = 12 + 2u 2u² - u - 6 = 0 u = (1 ± 7)/4 u = 2 x²/(x² - 1) = 2 x² = 2(x² - 1) x² = 2 => *x = ± √2* u = -3/2 x²/(x² - 1) = -3/2 2x² = -3(x² - 1) 5x² = 3 => *x = ± √(3/5)*

They Brute force i solved, but the nice olympiad method is taking me a long time to learn. I have now completed 24 eqns of your 253.
