A Realistic Bad Week In The Life of a New Real Estate Agent | Investment property mistakes

Hey everybody thank you all for 400 Subscribers! Listen first off I want to say this video is not to discourage you, or make you feel bad or some type of way about real estate. This business has created so many opportunities for me and my family and has changed my life! But it definitely comes with its low points and in this video I wanted to share with you guys what a bad day as a real estate agent and real estate investor looks like. You're going to go through these times as a broker, and as I mention in this video I almost stopped filming because I was just overall in a bad mood. But I knew that if I didn't share with you guys my low points you wouldn't understand that's what it takes to get to those high points. It's all about perseverance and not giving up just because something gets difficult. Don't let the discouragement take over you because as long as you put in the consistent action you will be successful in this business.
So in this video I share with you another day in my life as a new real estate agent, but more importantly I talk with you about how I overcome a bad day as a real estate agent. I noticed that you dont really dress up when you go on showings or go to meet with new clients. Do you find that its not important to "dress up" (dress shirt, dress pants, dress shoes, etc) ?

I definitely clean up out of "street clothes" but I don't do the whole button up t and slacks with dress shoes. I'm not comfortable wearing that and I learned early on to just be myself in this business. That's the best part about it is you get to decide how you run it, and if I'm doing something that makes me uncomfortable I will preform like I'm uncomfortable and not confident. I've closed almost 10 million in sales volume in the last year and a half while wearing vans to showings!

I should clarify also in this video I'm wearing a sweatshirt to the showing. This showing was for a family friend so I knew I didn't have to dress up at all. If I am meeting a client selling or buying a million dollar property I definitely will wear something more business casual.
