hi everyone!
little bit of a different one today. i woke up with my anxiety through the roof, so instead of sacking off my plan to vlog - i decided to show a realistic day when i'm battling my own mental health. this is how i make myself feel better when i'd rather just stay in bed, and how i cope when my mental health drops. bad days happen to us all, but the best thing you can do is show up for yourself and show yourself compassion.
in this vlog we do all my fave things - get starbucks, read a thriller book, watch movies/shows and talk disney.
