She is very tidy for a young lady proud of her so much, don't understand why these landlords do not complete the apartments before renting them out, there are no cupboards in the kitchen come on, and the yard is still in a mess.

@@SunshineCharles I guess some of the landlords use the rent paid to complete the rest of the building. This is me clearly trying to find reasons and make excuses for them not finishing up first before renting.

​@@SunshineCharlesActually, this is very common at the least developed countries. The landlords just provide the bare minimum. Sometimes they don't even paint the place before renting it. Sometimes they paint just to hide the mold. I have lived in places like this for the most part of my life. Please forgive any mistakes, English is my second language and I am a bit rusty at writing.
