Great video, really informative and friendly. Re the 'Ouch!' moment, I did a felting demo for some friends, and of course someone asked 'Do you ever stab yourself and does it hurt?'. I answered 'Yeah sometimes, but you kinda get used to the pain' at which moment I stabbed myself deep under my thumbnail... Hoowee did that one hurt!!
@feltsbyphilippa2 жыл бұрын
It's just typical it would happen and under the nail! It's not a pain free craft but I try to stab gently 🙂 , thanks for watching x

Thank you for the video was really good doing my first craft fair this Saturday haven't got no where near the stock you have as I didn't give myself enough time but doing one a day is a really good tip. Be a great learning experience for me. They are all sheep with Christmas decorations being live in Wales plus just started doing animal poms poms.

Yes, definitely play to your strengths, sheep in Wales is perfect, building stock is so hard but it's lovely if you do sell some of it, well done and thanks for watching xx

Pippa I love your videos abs you are so talented. I live in Sleaford Lincolnshire and I’m very new to felting. I made my first pumpkin the other day and I need some curly wool just for the strands. Where is the best place to get curly wool from?
@feltsbyphilippa3 жыл бұрын
Etsy is good, type in curly locks and you should find a colour you want or you can make them yourself, here in my pumpkin video I show you how, thanks so much for watching 👀 x kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIDVpaiJedtgg6M

Hi, Phillipa. What is the white wool from WOW. Is it "lightening" . Also can you please recommend a good skin colour from WOW? I'm hoping to go there in a couple of weeks. X

Hi, I'm not sure on the white wool as it was so long ago but you can ask in there. I use eggshell as a skin colour but again, you can have a good look round, you will love it in WOW xx
