We woke up to the sound of nature every morning, and enjoyed warming traditional meals put together by our host, Charles Baptist and his cook, and delicious fruits from the orchard too. This is such a nice edit. No nonsense dubstep music, techno BS thing. No overhyped shots of the property and outrageous angled shot of food. No fancy clothes. Have been following you Kripal for a while now from namma Bengaluru. I like the calm and composed nature of Shree. I would loved to see more of parts of your visit. Perhaps a bit more of the travel, fruits orchards and food. And Thanks for the recommendation of this property. Will definitely go there once i get my new car 😀

Hey kripal .. I follow ur videos from Sydney Australia .. amazing content n great reviews ..being very busy myself at work it’s very imp to balance work n fam life .. u r doing a fantastic job .. also it’s imp to stay fit n active .. just a word on IF ..I work in field of medicine and have been doing intermittent fasting for more than 10 yrs .. follow 16:8 routine .. definitely has lot of benefits .. with all due respect to u .. just wanted to say few things from ur last video re IF .. the main idea in IF is to trick ur brain !! sounds funny isint !! yep deplete the carb stores n start to burn the fat as body finds energy source from burning fat to make carbs .. n most importantly it’s the level INSULIN .. high concentration of insulin has been associated with Diabetes coz of resistance n also to few cancers .. The best way to do is absolutely no carbs .. once u have any sort of carb like u had in ur morning coffee with milk n sugar .. it’s not considered fasting .. insulin surges to immense proportions.. best way will be to enjoy a cup of black coffee .. no milk no sugar .. With the advice from one of the reputed dietician.. during ur 16 hrs of fasting - lots of water , if u feel like black coffee , black tea , camomile tea .. but absolutely no milk or sugar or any form of juices ..dinner by 6 pm and that’s it .. 10-11 am next day big brunch .. include nuts , fruits , fibre and by 6 pm dinner .. u get “ HAANGRY “ initially but body is so amazing u get used to it .. u r doing a fantastic job .. welcome to Sydney once all this settles down n it would be our pleasure to host u guys .. coming from north Karnataka n educated in bangalore n now in Sydney for last 16 yrs .. so good to see some of the places we have not been to n the diverse range of food we r blessed with .. Kudos to u .. keep up the good work

Kripal sir, do visit Blue Mountain home stay in coorg. The owner Ms Meena, herself cooks things for guests. Very passionate about cooking. Excellent couple, she pays attention to all guests visiting this place. They have a big coffee estate. She prefers to grows vegetables amongst coffee estate just to get those tender veggies for meals.
