I think maybe I had Poutine once in my lfe, but there is a place in the city that has all kinds of toppings to make the Poutine exciting….I guess. Never had Bison meat but have had deer and moose meat before, very wild tasting so we cooked it with lots of onions to help tame it some. It’s sort of saying you eat Haggis and Scotch eggs every day.🤣😂🙋🏼‍♀️
