Everything about this song is just beautiful. Visually and sonically, it's all just so beautiful. The addition of the Bach and the birds really makes it sound so classy and instantly gets stuck in your head and the girls are astoundingly gorgeous as usual

Many know this theme as "Air on a G String" but its actually BWV 1068 Orchestral Suite No.3 in D Major, 2nd Movement. The more famous title comes from the name of the movement "Air" (the English version of "Aria") and the ability, when transposed to the key of C Major, to play the whole piece on the violin G string. The reason why it causes emotion is 1- the key 2 - the legato but containing Bach's perpetual motion 3 - The dissonances, which have a sustained part clashing with a moving part, especially the suspension. (suspension is the dissonant-consonant interval combination , for this either 4-3, 2-3, 7-6 or 9-8). R2TK will no doubt give a more in depth classical take on it but they'll probably mention some of the above...

the sudden transitions, pots and pans/metallic type of beat in the verses, the classical “air on the g string” sample rlly matches and ties the whole song together. The chorus with the classical sample in the background makes it sound so euphoric and magical. another banger wow and the whole concept and this mv is definitely one of SM’s best!! idk why but feel my rhythm is like a happy version of their song psycho lmao

OMG everything you said it’s exactly what I just commented in another reaction video! And yes that part also makes me cry for some reason- it’s just so beautiful😭❤️ since Im too lazy to comment on my thoughts again lemme just copy paste it here😂 This comeback just totally blew me away. The teaser photos and videos already had my expectations very high and I was lowkey afraid that I might get disappointed but HECK it gave me more than what I could ask for- the mix of the trap beat and the classical music was just fabulous. And omg the song is so pretty?? Like THAT CHORUS OH MY GOD. When that chorus came I felt so overwhelmed like my feelings were all over the floor and I feel like flying but when I heard the second part, the “follow follow my heartbeat” I started tearing up?? The melody sounds bittersweet for some reason. It’s giving me psycho outro vibes where it sounds like a last farewell? Like an ending of a movie sort of feeling. And speaking of Psycho, Feel My Rhythm sounds like a mix of Ice Cream Cake and Psycho and I couldn’t love it more the fact that these two songs are my top Red Velvet title tracks and Feel My Rhythm sounds like their love child my ears are blessed ACKH😭 And omg this better win best music video of the year or something because that was one of the most gorgeous music videos I have ever seen. It’s giving me theater vibes like they’re on a play and all these art inspired scenes are too beautiful to not win any awards. AND THE STYLING OMG Gosh I could go on for hours but this is one of the best comebacks of all time. Like starting from the gorgeous album and concept photos, the makeup, the styling, the ode to classical music and classical paintings, the music video and the song everything is just so perfect❤️

AHHHHH OH MY GOODNESS YES YES!!! I am freaking out and shaking while commenting this, they went OFF during this Music Video it has to be one of my favorites already because WOW and the Visuals HOLY COW they have to be one of my favorites as well because everyone looks so Gorgeous legit this is everyone's era! Irene oh my Goodness looks so Stunning she is a freaking Goddess I kept pausing on her moments on screen because she was so Gorgeous and her Vocals/Rap is insane. Seulgi can STEP ON ME what the heck she looked like an evil goddess and I am here for it, her Vocals were crazy, and the way she ate that strawberry was not okay. I understand the classical music and the art references but from the very beginning all I could think about Seulgi was Black Mamba. It’s like we are being led down the garden path by beautiful nymphs that no one could refuse but Seulgi is lurking in the background, then they all are seen for only a moment in black.. The ending just clenched it for me, Seulgi, again. Plus the references to another world, etc , so SM. You know this story doesn’t end here. Thank you as always for your reaction.
