Agreed. For me, 'Got That Boom' was the single most slept on song of 2021 and I was waiting for this comeback for ages... only for Fire Saturday to completely fall flat for me on every level. But this song is great.

As an old rock / metal-head still just finding "some" K-pop stuff that I kinda like, I would never listen to this song on its own. But, once again, Thina (@OG KPOP STAN), your analysis of why this P/V is interesting and why it matters and what makes it fun to watch is just roping me in. Music is such simple pop style stuff, but I can see what you mean about the little intricate details in the staging and dance moves, and for that, I cannot thank you enough

Trust me mate - as an *old*-school metalhead who spent decades with bands like Suicidal Tendencies as my fave band,s then moving onto stuff like Dream Theater, Angra etc and so on... believe me when I say there is a *tonne* of stuff in kpop that will be right up your alley. It just requires a cognitive shift on what the priorities in the music are, and how they achieve as similar goal with a different path to what you usually travel. :)

@@jasonfisher8529 yeah, they were one of the first groups to really draw me in because you just never knew what you were going to get from them, but whatever style it was gonna be, they were gonna commit 110% to it. Speaking of rock, it's a bit of a deep cut, but we are a few days out from it being 9 years since Kim Jaejoong released "Mine". You are *definitely* going to want to check that out - the MV is still one of the most visually stunning I have ever seen.
