The girls in their latest interview said that they practice with no music. They use a metronome for their dance and vocal practices. They can hear their footsteps and know who messes up and what needs to be fix

YEEESS! I really wanted to see your reaction to XG because they are so good at everything and to me you are the best when it comes to dance analysis. I really enjoy all the little details and comments you make during the video. It's good that you're better now. The girls recently gave an interview on Japanese TV and said that to practice dancing they do it without music and only to the rhythm of the metronome in order to hear as many details as possible. Juria said that it helped them hear if their movements were uncoordinated or inaccurate because the footsteps can be clearly heard. I love that each one stands out in her own way and for me Juria is an angel and in this song her performance was always very powerful especially here 19:27 😁 Great reaction

This choreo has more of a K-pop feel to it but with so much musicality. I still prefer Tippy Toes though since it was so creative. And my fave part is Jurin’s catwalk during her transition in the 2nd chorus Edit: I think it's a flamingo walk that Jurin did with her arms at her back acting like wings and then slowly walking like she's a flamingo. Flamingos are known for dancing as well.
