A revisit to the once unmarked graves of Rizal & GomBurZa at Paco Park

Hi @jbsarmiento9703! During the quarantine period kami pumunta kaya walang entrance fee pero alam ko wala talagang entrance fee noon pa.

Ganda ng Paco park.Nagsearch lang ako about J.P.Rizal tomb.Ito channel.mo lumabas.Thanks for the info.

What I know of she already knows they will hide Rizals body. So she asked somebody to follow the guardia civil that was why she learned about this unmarked grave.

Took up pre med at UP Manila..during the 70s often went to Paco Park Cemetery .. to clear my thoughts before and after exams .. my friend got married at the St. Pancratius chapel inside Paco Park..

Sa labas ng small circle ng paco cemetery or paco park inilibing ang gombursa at jose rizal...ayon sa matandang sepultorero ng paco park dahil mga ereje sila...meron marker doon

The three priest martyrs (GOMBURZA) were not excommunicated and were not declared as heretics! They were buried INSIDE the Paco Roman Catholic Cemetery like Dr. Jose Rizal who died as a Catholic.

Hi @madenz, yung mga may mga pangalan meron pa daw laman. Yung isang nadaan ng vid ko at 15:14 minute mark na-feature na pala sa Jessica Soho. Ito yung sa side ni Rizal malapit sa main gate. Cobarrubias yata ang naka-pangalan.

I read somewhere that it was according to Rizal's wishes that his grave was simple and that it was labelled RPJ.

I would like to read that, @JP Anonuevo. It’s different from the one that I read that it was the call of Rizal’s younger to place RPJ. I like learning new things.

Rizal's wish was to be buried in a simple grave at Paang Bundok ( now La Loma Cemetery) but he did not instruct that his grave be marked RPJ. That was her sister's decision after he died.

Yes. Paco Park has a beautiful garden with historical significance and is no longer used a cemetery.

It’s worth your time specially if you’re into chilling with history, @Joseph Darwin Co. Paco Park is so refreshingly peaceful specially in the morning.

Rizal's fiance Leonor Rivera was once buried there at Paco Park..too bad isa ang grave nya sa casualty nung world war 2.

Ayusin mo naman pagkuha mo ng video, ang gulo at ang likot mong kumuha ng video halatang hindi ka pro. Kung magvvlog ka dapat detalyado hindi malikot at nakakahilong panoorin.
