Nice ride all on small town roads in what country. Riding opposite side of the street for most places! Good exercise for someone with mobility problems.

Martin, I bought the same Hase in 2020. WHOOPEE!!! Own 3 Lepus' now. 2 of the 3 have 16" front wheels (preferred, for lower height of swing-over frame)! Twin wheels directly under rider work really well (both greater comfort and ride), compared to a single rear wheel. My 3rd Lepus has a 20" GEARED motor-hub front wheel from Grin Technologies. Torque sensing too! Well worth doing if E-assist is needed on a prior-owned Hase (non-mountainous riding area). Grin now offers geared-hub motors in 16" front wheels too (lower frame step-over). Handicapped here too..., and riding on bike trails is too sweet! MOBILITY! Nature, wildlife, wildflowers, scenery, bike trail restaurants, more scenery! To those with less experience, I do own tadpoles too. A tadpole is a sports car. Incredibly-engineered Hase delta trikes would be far superior..., for the greatest majority of riders. That was a great video, Martin! Gary J. Seckel AKA "Jason Stillwater" in recumbent universe

Hi Gary Thanks for your message, I've looked at the Grin website, great selection of motors. It's a bit more difficult to find suitable motors in the UK, particularly in a 16" wheel. It's great that you are enjoying the Lepus as well - it's brilliant to have a way to still get out there and ride. We're hoping to get out again soon and do another video from Dorset, UK. Best wishes Martin

At 70+ getting up is! problematic. Been breaking my head for an attachable handle to pull me just a bit higher up. How do you solve this? Cheers Pico

Pico.., I too, often need help shifting myself while seated on my Lepus. Would love for rigid Hase lift handles to be offered. Make up a pair of rope handles that attach to top of seat back. Lift yourself with arms rising torso upwards against seat back. Grips can be plastic water tubing, large hand-grip knots, etc. Can use two or three handles/knots on each vertical rope, if desired.. If desired, lanyard hand grips to side of seat back, to prevent arms from arcing outward while lifting up torso. Post your solution, Gary J. Seckel
