This was a case of getting the dinner started and while Wendy was busy I thought i would have a ride out and a chat on the electric bike. I was sunny but cold. I hope this makes you smile.

Hi Pauline, thank you. Wendy said I make the bike ride videos just for you 😂😂😂😂. The lamb was cooked enough so I just put it in the air fryer until it was. At least we’ve triad it for ourselves now. I couldn’t believe naughty Thomas the tank engine. I’ve removed his batteries now, I better get ready Wendy wishes she could do that with me sometimes 😂😂😂😂😂. 😍🥰❤️😘

Thanks for that lovely bike ride Graham,I felt as if I was with you,lovely scenery,Kendo Nagasaki,now there's a blast from the past,my dad and I would sit on the Saturday afternoon watching the World Of Sport Show wrestling in the 60's,you know how Jackie Pallo and Mick McManus hated each other(all for show) well I was an apprentice mechanic and I was working the petrol pumps one day for extra money and our garage was behind the Ayr Ice Rink,there was a professional wrestling show on that day,I saw the back doors of the rink open and Jackie and Mick came out and Jackie says ''Right Mick it's your turn to pay the taxi I got it last night'' 😂great video once again,like you say everybody likes their meat cooked a different way,it would be a boring life if we were all the same 👍👏👏👏👏

Hi Richard, it was such a nice morning I thought I would do some filming on my short ride out. That’s a great story with Jackie pallo and mick McManus, he had cauliflower ears if I remember correctly. My dad took me to see Billy two rivers at the Loughborough town hall. I was only little and scared he would get me. My dad used to say they are only playing. He was a boxer so didn’t take them seriously. I’ve seen pictures of lamb cooked the way I did it but when I looked closer it’s not cooked enough for Wendy and me. I don’t think we will change the way we are, I don’t think we can. That a lovely comment I enjoyed reading it 👌👋👋👋👋👍

Graham, I think that squeak was your wellies against the bike/pedal you can make condensed milk at home. I use powdered milk but you can use regular milk (You can also make evaporated milk too) I don't bother with sous vide, I tend to cook the meat the old fashioned way in the hysap or I pressure cook it for 30 minutes then leave to natural release and then colour using the hysap but we live and learn and it's good to know different way to cook thing.

Hi Gaz, I think it was my wellies. Mind you I was glad of them when I fell off 😂😂. we thought of making our own Condensed milk but I said to Wendy let’s do it right for a video. I have become very impressed with sous vide and it’s the first time I have been let down. Well I think google let me down. Lamb is expensive so we don’t have it very often. As you say we live and learn and I can’t cook the same meat the same way for KZbin every week. 😂😂😂 I think you might get bored 😂😂👋👋👋👋👍

to be fair, once you make condensed milk it's hard to tell the difference between homemade and shop brought (I think homemade tastes better but) plus you can adjust the sugar etc. - actually that could be a video. making it and then making a cake or something with that and the brought and see which tastes better. all meat is expensive as we don't have a farm etc. near us :(

sorry I had to stop and think LOL I do 1/2 cup milk powder, 1/4 cup sugar (you can use powdered sugar I use granulated), 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 hot water yeah we used to have butchers, bakers & green grocers on nearly every corner now we have none (I have 1 local butcher about 30 minutes walk away but at nearly £200 for a half leg of lamb I won't even bother)

condensed milk is milk with added sugar (as most is sweetened) but about 60% of the water removed so if you use actual milk you want about 2 cups of milk, 2/3 cup sugar. mix together until sugar dissolves then heat without stirring until it's reduced by about half and is a golden colour for the powdered milk version I tend to just put everything in a blender and blend until it's smooth. lasts about 2 weeks in the fridge but as it's pretty simple to make I tend to just make it when I need it.

So there I was, watching a gangster movie getting lessons and studying how to become a successful food burglar when up pops a notification that Wendy and Graham were cooking AGAIN. Gruel gets so boring every meal. I had to quit watching the movie so I will never be a successful food burglar I guess. Now, the bike is not for me but the dinner looks awesome .
