This poem reminded me of the time when I was returning from Kota after 9 months to home and on the highway we found a roadside shop. There was a little boy selling guavas and had a cute puppy with him as a companion. We stopped there as they were fresh guavas and bought them. After seeing the little boy working at such age i was quite hurt and after seeing the puppy i was reminded of my own dog and i felt even worse. I also felt grateful to have such a nice life. The boy was also happy since we bought 4 to 5 kg of guavas as they were super tasty and we thought of giving them to friends and neighbours. So I think the poem is absolutely written on a real life incident of the poet and gives such a nice message. And thankyou Simaran di for explaining the poem. You explained it very well... 💜🤗
