Hi Molly, thank you for this lovely vlog! Your attention to details and spontaneity really come through :). I've recently spent a day in Perth too - I went to the art museum, walked through the park by the river and sat in one of the cute independent cafes, so relaxing! If you're looking for another cute destination for a day-trip, Stirling is lovely (I might be biased, because I live here now! ;) ), the local museum has got a mix of history and art, there are a few lovely independent shops and great cafes (think You'd like the Book Nook (obv reasons) and Vera bakery (great vegan cakes) a lot). Hope you feel better soon :) x

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Ive never had a walk around Perth, usually it's just a place I reach to join the A9 when I'm travelling up to see my daughter and family in Buckie. Grantown on Spey is a lovely place, I visit there often. Usually on the way home we pop into Pitlochry too. Looking forward to seeing what you're up to next week.

I definitely need to explore junk journaling! Currently I do watercolour journaling where I paint a scene from my day/or how I’m feeling, then write about it. The paintings are very basic and done really quickly but when you go back and look over past entries, there’s usually more you see in the painting. It’s pretty cool.

Hi Molly the museum and art gallery looks really interesting, not one I have been to before. Yes you are right, art needs to make us feel something and it doesn't need to always be a nice view but something very different. The Inverness museum and art gallery have often got some interesting exhibitions on during the year, worth a look on their website to see what is on. Thanks for taking us along!

I love junk journaling as well, and if I come across something beautiful or interesting, I will save it in a little container (I only allow myself one box). I have a planner, journal, ephemera in general obsession. I feel like you would enjoy the artwork of my favorite herbalists (I have been studying herbalism for many years and still learning) its called Herbal Academy and I also collect their artwork. I just love seeing what pieces you purchase, thank you sharing!

Lovely day out in Perth. It's my hometown, but now live in Inverness so generally write off Perth as a place to spend time other than with family. Was fun to see it from some else's perspective. Also didn't know there was still a vegan cafe! The previous one closed down during COVID so nice to there's still options.

I’ve said it before but I definitely need to explore more of Scotland and watching you makes me keen to do that .I do love a solo date. I actually managed a solo holiday for three days in Berwick on tweed and had a great time. The art gallery looked really interesting. I love having my lunch outdoors, but I have another tofu question I find I can get it nice and crispy when I first cook it but in a cold lunch I find it a bit rubbery 😀any suggestions gratefully received .On a different note I do love a library.

I think cornflour is meant to give tofu a nice crisp, but I'm not sure how it will fare over time. Its something I'd like to try :)
