You tack welded the threaded Rod to the bearing housing most likely overheated the inside of the bearing distorting it

Why didn't you use lock nuts on both sides of bearings? That way you could replace bearings when needed and helped bearings last longer by not getting hot by welding?

Same reason none of the joints are square and the glue is sloppy and used wood glue to glue in a WELDED bearing

Those are not bearings any more. Destroyed by the welding. Could have just used nuts to hold them in place.

there's no way I would have posted this video! first of all you should have dry fitted all of your legs cuz that is one hell of a gap! and you're never supposed to weld a bearing! I give that thing about two weeks before it locks up

I have only one problem with this.. The bearing has a life span by welding the stud to the bearing inner rays you have sealed the possibility of replacement... Find an alternative and try using a thrust bearing instead of a ball bearing... You would have more load bearing capacity.
