If you build it, they will come. Union trades would be steady work for 2/3 years. The ports/longshoreman will be offloading all materials needed for the project. We bitch about taxes going to for profit sports, but we ok our tax money for fast track toll roads which just tax us for a life time. Port workers need to understand that they will be working for double time for 3 years plus while this is being constructed.
