@@warrenford2597 Good point. The suspension of disbelief applied to something in science... in this case, puny bit of energy used by LHC actually making all the little worms worm their way out of their hole of blackness and entangling adjacent galaxies in the cracked-up multiverse (or something).

My favorite short sci-fi film. Little do you know (or do you?) that that is exactly what happened when the collider was run. The shock waves changed so many things. No one can deny that things are not the same in the world around us. Subtle changes that people are trying to ignore. Some of us noticed. Kudos on this masterpiece, Alex.

I recall the base Earth which was here before 1974 during the 3rd World War. Everything changed after that. We also had states of religion instead of political states. Life was so ordinary and so less advanced, very much like the 1930s. I still have something from that time...an object I once showed my mother and she thought it was some sort of toy or something made up just for fun, but it wasn't. And, we've always been right here in The Milky Way...no traveling to other parts of the universe. I'm glad I'm here instead of there...people were systematically killed in the name of religion and the belief in God. Technology couldn't progress due to so many religious murders killing off so many brilliant people along with common people. And so it goes...be grateful to be here the way we are.

I was thinking alternate Earth at the beginning of this. It was the 15 billion year comment for me. Our Earth is estimated to be 4.5 billion years old and here we are as humans. That would be three incarnations of another Earth. Makes sense. Andromeda is the next Galaxy in line and will collide with our Galaxy, obviously in the future. I'm not certain, but the shot with two moons shows what we always see as our Moon and the second Moon is the side we don't see from Earth. I was close. I didn't think about the Black Hole. Black holes don't have to be huge. The reason I enjoy Science Fiction is there's so much science fact in out fiction.

@EnvisFlames4 жыл бұрын
From what I remember of the stories and theories (it's been awhile since I've been on the sci-fi side of yt) but the collider effected the world, so everyone is basically suffering this jumping because of scientists getting carried away. Who realizes it like the husband did and who don't is the variable.

Yeah you think if it effects everyone, he would've talked to or even observed more people that see different numbers on clocks, different Presidents, number of moons, etc and be freaking out about it. As for the homeless guy who knew since about it, u see in the credits he's also the voice of the scientist at the end that the wife thanks for getting her family back (I reckon by knocking the guy out, but somehow not the kid though..), so that's how he's involved so not sure how it seems the dude is in it with the Dr and dudes wife though
