Hi! I really like your content, you inspire me very much, thanks to watching your videos, I finally went to the gym after many years of home training. I really like the way your muscles look, so it would be great to get advice from you: do you train “up to muscle failure”? I’m also struggling with eating disorder, I think about food all the time, now there are small successes, but it’s still difficult to control myself and I periodically go beyond my daily calorie deficit... do you have any advice on this?
