When my woof hybrids were alive I used diatomaceous earth powder....non chemical, non toxic, i also use it on my chickens.....you can buy it at tractor supply. Work it into his fur and put some where hey likes to lay. It works! Its like a fine talc powder. And its good for then to eat as well to keep parasites down. Thought this would help you.

Ive been a dog groomer for 10 years. I know how it is to groom a husky, malamute, malinois, etc. I commend you for grooming your wolfy!!!!!!

Oh no! Poor boys, our pups had sand fleas down when we lived in Georgia, 98 degrees, 98% Humidity, and both us and beast suffering the bite of 1000 sand fleas. Our Vet had us use diatomaceous Earth as a powdered application on the dogs and our carpet and that wiped them out quickly, I don't know if it works with mites. Just have to be careful around their face.

Mad respect for him bc he has come and been thru a lot that some people misunderstood him. Ian elder and watched him ovet the year from way back with now grown sons his age so we know it wasn't easy for him. 👍 up thats what we have to say for staying 💪 strong and for moving on forward and staying in PEACE ✌️ PEACE !

I lived in Mexico with German Shepherds, where mange mites were everywhere. Borax & Hydrogen Peroxide baths worked the best. . .better than the chemical baths -- Dilute ½ cup 3% hydrogen peroxide in 1 cup of water, and add 2 tsps borax. Rinse your dog with this solution 2-3 times daily for 1 week.

When Kane's fur is still half wet and it's standing up on his back and flopping back and forth, it reminds me of a porcupine! I guess that's what you're calling feathers... that's a good description too!

They look so itchy perhaps you could attach brushes to the fence around the staircase and they can rub against it like farmers do with cows and cattle.

Have you considered one of those wall mounted brushes that they sell for cows and horses? Then they could scratch/groom themselves without attacking your railing.
