Струя попадает чётко в ловушку, всё как в мануале, но при запуске принтер "плюётся", то есть несколько капель проходят мимо ловушки, а когда струя работает всё как надо. Подскажите что может быть.

No, what the gutter does is to return the unused ink to the printer.

Ink stream is not flowing into the gutter. Try aiming the stream as outlined in the video

how long should I clean the print head? everyday or as soon as you stop using it

Cleaning the head only takes a few minutes. Loosening the charge electrode or adjusting the ink stream in the gutter is something you should only have to do very seldom. Its not a bad idea to give it a quick cleaning every day before startup, just to make sure everything goes smoothly
