I maintain a lot of fence line on my properties with RM43 from TSC. You might consider recommending it to your customers for use after you clean up a fence line. I apply it 7 oz to 1 gal water 3 feet wide from the fence. Pump up sprayer, backpack sprayer or ATV mounted. Works best when the vegetation is green and growing. Read the cautions, it will kill trees. Good maintenance = good neighbors.

That was stressful to watch, because it would probably take that mulching head a lot 1/2 second to ruin that fence and your day. I held my breath every time you got near that fence. And I don't normally get nervous. I drove an ambulance in Miami in the 80's& 90's . I just know the devastation that head can do. If I didn't already have plated and screws in my neck and back ( need 2 possibly 3 more surgeries) I would get one of these heads. I am look at machines to lease to a friend who owns a directional boring company, and researching the 5.5. Found your channel and I'm hooked. Maby when I heal up I'll look into this option. The problem is this thing will get you into trouble really fast. Thanks for the videos. I love this stuff but I can't do it anymore ( at least not for 8/10 hours a day ) hopefully I can do it later just around my property.

The utility company who owns the poles or whoever owns the easement should be taking care of it. There's a birthmark or a metal tag on the pole that says who owns it. I'd call them and complain everyday.
@tomwilliams86752 жыл бұрын
I agree, usually the right of way the pole line is on should be taken care of by the utility. In this case it looks like it was so short of a distance behind the houses and got so overgrown they conveniently forgot about it. I was a Power line contractor for many years, that would be my guess.

@@tomwilliams8675 Yeah. I'm wondering if it's because it's in the city limits that there's an issue. The city is pretty strict on enforcement until it's their property. Here in Virginia, a few cities still operate their own "power companies" even though they don't really generate per say.
