I'm not an expert on the subject. In the video I refer to "Mahzor Romania and the Judeo-Greek Hymn ἕνας ὁ Kύριος. Introduction, Critical Edition, and Commentary" by Hollender, Elisabeth; Niehoff-Panagiotis, Jannis. This is where I got my information and it's all I know on the subject.
